Your cooking requirements

Find an oven for the meal and the place.

Choose the fuel, cooking location and pizza size that matter to you. Turning and monitoring choices refer to one compatible setup, so an optional accessory’s limits stay with it.

Open the optional details when supplied probes, handling weight or installation space are firm requirements. Always confirm the exact model and its installation instructions before purchasing.

Outdoor-only ovens need a suitable open-air station; an electrical plug does not itself establish indoor approval.

Gas versions and burner kits are model-specific. A propane appliance is not automatically convertible to a gas line.

For charcoal, choose the smallest documented kettle size your host meets: this Basic stainless box page says 22 inches; another exact BakerStone setup may require 22.5 inches. Check your actual host, usable grate and exact grill/oven instructions.

Some manufacturers publish conflicting capacity claims; verify a layout that is essential to your meal.
